Your Business, Your Choice

You decide how much product to order for your store–the more product you sell, the more revenue you generate.

Your Success is Our Success

Once your store setup is complete, we only see profits from your store after it profits.

Product Buyback or Replacement Program

We help qualifying clients liquidate unsold inventory that has been active in their stores for over 90 days, provided the inventory arrives back at our warehouse in marketable condition.*

Collaboration with Walmart

This collaboration gives us access to streamlined processes and actionable data intended for your long-term success.

What Sets Us Apart?

1. Global Reach, Local Operations - We have more than a hundred employees operating in different regions of the globe, but the core of our operation is a US-based 70,000 square foot warehouse located in Miami, Florida, allowing us to have direct control over the picking, packing, and shipping processes associated with our operations. We invite our clients to tour our warehouse operations every quarter.

2. Disclosure Documents - In accordance with U.S. federal law, we provide prospective clients with disclosure documents that outline our legal history, refund policy, references to existing Ecom Authority clients, and more so they can make an informed decision before entering into an agreement.

3. Product Buyback or Replacement Program - If the product purchased for your store does not sell within 90 days of becoming eligible for sale online, we offer qualifying clients a 90-day buyback program for unsold product so long as the inventory arrives back at our warehouse in marketable condition.*

4. Collaboration with Walmart Inc. - Our collaboration with the nation’s largest retailer gives us unique access to data analytics, enabling informed and strategic product selection for your online store.

Our Model: One Product Per Store

Starting in 2025, we will launch selling one item per store. This means that when you purchase inventory from us, your next purchase will depend on what we have available at that time. This change offers several key benefits, most notably by concentrating on selling individual items per store, we eliminate product overlap across partner stores, enabling a more targeted and strategic approach to inventory management.

One of the key benefits of this approach is that it does not diminish our buying power. We continue leveraging our strong supplier relationships and volume discounts while shifting to a broader range of SKUs instead of large quantities of a single product. Best of all, your minimum purchase requirements stay the same, and we will continue managing inventory and logistics on your behalf.

Ecom Authority Gives Back

At Ecom Authority, we believe in using business as a force for good. Our commitment to upholding better business standards extends beyond e-commerce management.

We recognize that with growth comes responsibility, and we take that responsibility seriously. This is why we’ve embraced an innovative approach to addressing the potentially negative impact of brand-new returned goods by turning them into opportunities to uplift our local community. We know that true success is measured not just by profits, but by the lasting positive impact we can make in the world.

Turning Challenges into Opportunities

It all began with our desire to do better. When we realized the extent to which returned items—products that customers no longer wanted—often ended up in landfills, we saw an opportunity to make a difference. Instead of allowing these goods to waste away, we chose to repurpose them for good. This initiative started as a way to turn a business challenge into a positive social impact, benefiting the local community where we live and work. Through our partnerships and donations, we have repurposed what would have been waste into products that are essential, wanted, and needed by those less fortunate. We’ve given over $100,000 worth of items, including electronics, toys, and essential goods, to organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami (BBBSM), helping to provide for local families in need.

Sustainability and the Environment

We are also deeply committed to sustainability. Ecom Authority works diligently to reduce waste by repurposing returned merchandise and reintroducing it into the community. By diverting products from landfills, we help protect the environment while simultaneously addressing the needs of families who can benefit from these goods.

Looking Ahead: Building a Legacy of Giving

As we continue to grow and innovate, Ecom Authority will remain steadfast in our commitment to corporate social responsibility. We will expand our efforts, strengthen existing partnerships, and seek new ways to make a positive impact on society. Our goal is to create lasting change that uplifts others and sets a new standard for what businesses can achieve when they prioritize people and the community.

Frequently Asked Questions

You have questions? We have answers.
On your free consultation call, one of our client store managers will answer your questions and provide you with additional resources so you can decide if partnering with Ecom Authority is the right decision for you.

How long does it take until my store is running?

The timeline for launching and scaling your store depends on individual circumstances and market conditions. Under normal operating conditions, setting up your store with products to sell will take several months, followed by an additional four to six months to scale it to full operational potential and achieve your desired purchasing power. Combined, this entire process may take up to one year.

Why Doesn’t Ecom Authority Just Make Multiple Stores Themselves?

Our business model is centered on building partnerships with our clients, rather than operating standalone stores, to create a mutually beneficial ecosystem. By teaming up with our clients, we leverage their collective purchasing power to buy wholesale products at a discounted rate. We then take a percentage of our clients’ profits to scale our operations and source additional future product deals.

What are my responsibilities with my store?

Your primary responsibilities will be to purchase more product, collect distributions, and pay off your product purchases.

How Can I Review the Performance of Your Other Clients’ Stores?

Before executing an agreement, we provide each of our prospective clients with an Earnings Claim Statement Required By Law that contains our clients’ performance data within a recent time period, as well as disclosure documents that contain contact information for some of our existing clients.
