Free Operating System: Default installed our trial OEM windows 10/8/7 pro English for free, other languages can be selected among:  Russian,Spanish,Portuguese,French,German,Arabic,Italian,Japanese,Turkish,Greek etc.  Please inform us which language you want to install.  Other systems we can install free are like Linux, Ubuntu etc if you need. Seller is not responsible for trial OEM system.
 
Accessories as Ram, SSD, HDD, we use famous brand:samsung, micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, crucial, liteon, kingfast, phison etc, What brand we use depends on our test and our stock. Generally we use Msata SSD installed on Mpcie port and leave the SATA port blank for you to install 2.5'' SSD/HDD.
 
Other accessories 
1. 3G module add extra 18$, 4G module add extra extra 40$.
2. 500GB 2.5'' HDD add extra 39$, 1TB 2.5'' HDD add extra 48$, 2TB 2.5'' HDD add extra 75$.

The Hanging Bracket is fit for Mini ITX Case, must be purchased with mini pc together, so we can provide professional chassis with holes installed. Do not buy it singly.
It can be mounted back of Monitor or Wall via the Standard VESA port. It can help you save space and very portable. We supply the Bracket for our Fanless Mini PC. You can add the Hanging Bracket to your cart when you buy our Mini PC together.

1. Mini Tree pc have 3 years warranty service is completely reliable and professional technical team. Motherboard warranty time 3 years, ram, hard drive, accessories etc warranty time 1 year.
2. Within warranty time, if mini PC appear non-human damages and quality problems, buyer return Mini PC or Mini PC components, we free repair/exchange Mini PC or Mini PC components ( include RAMs, Hard Drive, Motherboard and other accessories ). Within 1 month, seller bear all the shipping cost for return(maximum 15USD)and resend;Over 1 month to 1 year, buyer self bear the shipping cost for return and seller bear shipping cost for resend; Over 1 year to 3 years, buyer bear all shipping cost return and resend.
3. Within 15 days, we accept refund or exchange goods (buyer bear all the shipping cost, if non-human damages and quality problem, we bear all shipping cost.
4. All time calculate from the day buyer receive goods.
